Can a journey be customized?
Yes. Start with a route in the collection or use the tailor-made form to share your interests, travel dates, group size and preferred pace. All changes are subject to the arrangements agreed in your written proposal.
What happens when I request a journey?
Your request is stored securely for our team to review. For journeys with a published starting price, you can continue to the reservation checkout. Dates, availability and final arrangements still need written confirmation.
Will submitting a form charge my card?
No. A travel request does not charge your card. The reservation option currently allows you to request confirmation first; payment arrangements are agreed separately.
Are the prices final?
Published prices are starting prices per traveler. Dates, group size, accommodation and changes can affect the final quote. Review and accept your written proposal before making a payment.
Are flights, visas and insurance included?
Only the services explicitly listed in your written proposal are included. Check current entry requirements through official sources and arrange suitable travel insurance. International flights are not included unless specifically stated.
Can you accommodate dietary or accessibility needs?
Please describe your needs in the request form. We’ll discuss what is practical before you confirm. Some village walks, stairs and mountain routes may require special consideration.
How do changes and cancellations work?
The written proposal and supplier conditions explain the terms that apply to your journey. Ask for these before confirming; there is no universal cancellation schedule displayed on this site.
