Requests and confirmation
Submitting a travel request or choosing the reservation payment option is a request for arrangements. It does not itself confirm dates, availability or a final itinerary. A journey is confirmed only after the written proposal, supplier availability and payment arrangements have been agreed.
Prices and services
Website prices are indicative starting prices per traveler in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Your written proposal sets out the final price, included and excluded services, accommodation, activities and applicable taxes or fees. Do not assume that flights, insurance, visas or optional activities are included.
Payments
The current reservation checkout does not take online card payment. Cross-border payment services may be enabled after the relevant account is configured. Review the agreed payment schedule and provider details before paying.
Changes and cancellation
Specific amendment, cancellation, refund and supplier terms are provided with the written travel proposal. Ask for and review them before confirming. No blanket refund promise is made on the website.
Traveler responsibilities
Confirm current passport and entry requirements with official sources, arrange appropriate insurance and share relevant travel needs before confirming. Itineraries may need changes due to weather, access restrictions or supplier availability; proposed alternatives should be communicated.
